L. as owner of the RESIDELIA.com portal (hereinafter RESIDELIA), offers through its website products, contents and services subject to the following Conditions of Use, which may be updated periodically and without prior notice by RESIDELIA in order to modify, alter or delete them at any time.

The use of the RESIDELIA website presumes perfect understanding and express acceptance of these conditions by the user.

Responsibility for access to and use of RESIDELIA’s contents and services The user undertakes not to use RESIDELIA’s contents and services to carry out or suggest activities prohibited by law. The user shall abstain from carrying out through the different RESIDELIA websites any conduct that violates the intellectual or industrial property rights of RESIDELIA or of any company or group of companies in which RESIDELIA is integrated now or in the future, or of its suppliers, or of third parties, or that violates or transgresses the honour, personal or family privacy or the image of any of them, holding RESIDELIA harmless against claims, judicial or extrajudicial, that are presented against it as a consequence of said conduct. The user shall abstain from producing by any means any destruction, alteration, uselessness or damage to the data, programmes or electronic documents of RESIDELIA, its suppliers or third parties, as well as from introducing or spreading on the Network programmes, viruses or any physical or electronic instrument that causes or is likely to cause any type of alteration in the Network, in the system, or in RESIDELIA’s or third parties' equipment. It is expressly forbidden to carry out any type of activity or practice that violates the principles of good conduct generally accepted among Internet users.

The user expressly agrees to exempt RESIDELIA from any responsibility related to the quality, accuracy, reliability, correction or morality of the data, programmes, information or opinions, whatever their origin, included in the different websites. RESIDELIA shall not be liable for infringements by the user of RESIDELIA that affect the rights of third parties, including any intellectual or industrial property rights. The user of the web portal assumes responsibility for any consequences that may derive from the access and use made of the contents and services of RESIDELIA or third parties through its pages, as well as their reproduction or diffusion. RESIDELIA will not be responsible for the infractions of any user that affect the rights of another user or third parties in general, including copyright, trademarks, patents, confidential information and any other intellectual or industrial property rights.

The user of the web pages expressly exempts RESIDELIA from any responsibility for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of viruses or other vices, defects and, in general, elements (without exhaustive intent, errors in the configuration of the programmes, “spyware”, “backdoors”, etc.) in any of the contents and services accessible from the different web pages of RESIDELIA, which may produce alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of the user or third parties. Likewise, the user shall indemnify RESIDELIA and any company that forms part of the group, or in which this group is integrated, in the event that the contents and services of the corporate page or its products incorporated by third parties are inadequate for any purpose of the user or do not respond to the expectations created by the user.

Ownership of intellectual and industrial property The user of the service expressly acknowledges the exclusive ownership of RESIDELIA or its suppliers of any intellectual and industrial property rights concerning the corporate web pages and products, in particular with regard to the software that supports it, including the file format on which it is developed, the appearance or “look & feel”, images, combination of colours, graphic logos and/or drawings thereof. This obligation of recognition shall subsist even if this service has been deleted. Any use by third parties of such elements of intellectual and/or industrial property must have the prior express consent of RESIDELIA, which will determine the form and specific use that may be made of them by means of the corresponding agreement.

Data protection For the purposes of the provisions of the REGULATIONS (EU) 2016⁄679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016, RESIDELIA informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file created with the following ending

RESIDELIA informs the User about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the personal data collected by RESIDELIA, by means of a written and signed request addressed to the following address: RESIDELIA info@residelia.com. This request must contain the following data: name and surname of the CLIENT, address for notification purposes, photocopy of National Identity Document, NIE or Passport, and request in which the request is specified. In the case of representation, the same must be proved by means of a reliable document.
