Which requirements should I accomplish?
- Having a registered company.
- Having a scalable project with high growth potential.
- Having less than 5 years since registration.
- Having an annual turnover lower than 5 millions.
- Not having arisen from a merger, demerger or transformation operation. Projects arising from mergers or spin-offs shall also not be emerging companies.
- Being a Spanish company. Have its registered office or permanent establishment in Spain.
- To be an innovative company. Innovative means: Solving a problem or improving an existing situation by developing products, services or processes that are new or substantially improved compared to the state of the art and involve a risk of technological or industrial failure.
- In case of belonging to a group of companies, the group must comply with all the above requirements.
